Located in the “prestigious” Princess Anne Manor neighbourhood, Ford’s two-story home finally hit the market today. Approximately a million dollars more than two other nearby homes, is listed at $3.2 million.
The Fords plan to move into the home of his late mother, Diane, who passed away in early 2020.
“It was a home that my parents opened their doors for everyone to come in and enjoy it. And they were very generous, and we’ll continue on that tradition,” Ford told the Toronto Star.
This 4,500 square foot home has six bedrooms, several walk-in closets, four bathrooms, a two-car garage, and an in-ground pool.
It’s not just the eye-watering listing price that buyers have to worry about. Ford’s property taxes are $11,627 per year.
A few weeks ago, Ford needed to ask his realtor not to use his picture and name on flyers promoting her business.
