The Multi-Million Dollar Home of Premier Doug Ford Has Been Relisted for $400,000 Less

No one is safe from the effects of rising interest rates, high inflation, and a collapsing housing market, not even the premier of Ontario.

The two-story home in the Princess Anne Manor neighbourhood hit the market on July 15. It was initially listed at just under $3.2 million, approximately a million dollars more than two other nearby houses.

On Monday, that listing was terminated and the Fords have now relisted the property for $2,800,888, a difference of almost $400,000.

The 4,500 square foot home has six bedrooms, several walk-in closets, four bathrooms, a two-car garage, and an in-ground pool.

While the home’s sale price may have dropped by almost $400,000, the property taxes still come in at $11,627 per year.

According to Ford, he plans to move into his late mother’s house located nearby.
